The background:
Volcano Litle-Hrutur in Iceland, the 3rd Volcano in 3 years! After a 9.5km hike through the rough terrain to reach this stunning views, I knew straight away it was well worth it. The sight of the lava flowing and the intensity of the volcanic activity left us in complete awe. We couldn't help but capture every moment through our cameras, hoping to preserve the magnificence of this natural spectacle forever. The views were nothing short of breathtaking, and we understood why this was considered a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We flew to Iceland just for this experience, we used all our luck to make sure we got to witness it. We had the perfect weather, slight overcast and not to hot, the route was open (it had been closed a lot, due to the gases and wind direction for safety reasons) and no flight delays.
