Reynisfjara also known as Black Sand Beach, Perhaps one of the most famous beaches in Iceland, Reynisfjara features expanses of black pebbles, basalt columns that resemble pyramids and habituating to a large bird population, including fulmars, puffins and guillemots. The waves can be rough and unpredictable, which can be a landscape photographers dream. Allowing me to capture some stunning shots of the waves crashing against the rocks.
