In the middle of The Valley of Fire national part in Nevada, lies this stunning road carved through the stunning red rocks. This is a famous spot for landscape photographers. Over an hours drive from Las Vegas in 46 degree heat, we battled through the heat to get this stunning shot. We got very luck with the sky as behind us we could see a huge thunderstorm rolling in which created this stunning blue and cloudy sky which made for the perfect backdrop. We got caught in one of the worse thunderstorms i have been in and the drive back was nowhere near as pleasant as the one there. Nevertheless I hope to go back to this beautiful place and explore more when it’s a bit cooler.
